A drag queen parody version of the classic 80's/90's whodunnit series starring Angela Lansbury has arrived in San Francisco. And it appears there are multiple "Jessicas," as well as musical numbers, in the show.

Created by and starring local queens Sugah Betes, Intensive Claire, and Elsa Touche, Murder She Wrote (in Drag) features a recreation of the famous opening credits of the show (a teaser of which can be seen in the video below), as well as a parodic take on the show itself.

Per the description: "Join beloved small-town sleuth 'Jessica' as she uncovers, and builds a case against, the murderer—despite several red herrings, one or two surprise characters, and a few sickening drag numbers." The show features a dozen drag performers, and the theater experience is described as "immersive."

Murder She Wrote (in Drag) is playing the next three consecutive Fridays at PianoFight at 10 p.m. — though tonight's show is already sold out.

Find $25 general admission tickets here for the performances on April 26 and May 3.
