New drone video from KRON 4's QuadCopter4 gives us a picture of the extent of the damage following Friday's fire at the Alta Waverly complex in Oakland.

The mixed-use development had been set to include 196 residential units in seven stories over retail and parking. The fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. Friday and led to the evacuation of more than 700 nearby residents, causing damage to several neighboring buildings.

Investigators from the county and the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms have been on the scene trying to determine the source and cause of the blaze, which almost immediately was suspected to be arson following three similar construction-site blazes in the East Bay over the last year.

The ATF is already offering a $110,000 reward for information leading to the capture of the suspect or suspects involved in three previous fires, even though the cause of this fire has yet to be determined.

In the drone video below, you can see investigators walking around amidst the rubble on top of the building's concrete podium.
