A carpool cheater in Santa Rosa was pulled over during rush hour Friday and caught with a lady mannequin in his passenger seat. As CHP officers described via the Facebook post above, "At about 5:10 pm, motor officer Ken Enger spotted this young lady in the passenger seat of a carpool driver."
Officer Enger apparently "called shenanigans" after figuring it was too hot for anyone human to be wearing a thick black hoodie.
KRON 4 picked up the story, and reports that the offending motorist was ticketed.
The CHP says they get calls about carpool lane cheats all the time, and "we catch them every day."
