Half of a Western Addition mugging team was arrested Monday, after police tracked down one of the members of the gun-wielding duo.
It all happened near the corner of Divisadero and Eddy Streets, at 6:10 p.m. Monday. According to the San Francisco Police Department, a 24-year-old man and a teenaged male approached their 30-year-old male victim, as the elder man "demanded [the victim's] property and brandished a gun."
Police say that the teen then went through the victim's pockets, swiping property that included the victim's wallet, cash, ID and credit cards, necklace, and his watch.
At the conclusion of the shakedown, the victim "ran for help" and police managed to respond swiftly enough that the older suspect was arrested. The teen, however, remains at large according to the SFPD. He was last spotted fleeing on foot, and hasn't been seen since.
