Grown Woman Shows Up At SF School To Assault Teen

Police are seeking a 30-year-old woman after she beat up a teen girl at a San Francisco school.

The assault occurred Friday, at a school on the 500 block of Tompkins Avenue, in Bernal Heights.

As noted by the Chron, "While SFPD officials did not name the school, the only school on the block is Paul Revere Elementary School, which serves students in kindergarten through eighth grade."

Police say that the suspect "came to [the victim's] school and started a verbal altercation." During the confrontation, the suspect punched the girl and pushed her to the ground, "causing injury."

"School staff broke up the fight," according to the SFPD, and the suspects "fled the school in an unknown direction."

The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment of her injuries, which police say are not life-threatening. As of publication time, police has not announced any arrests in this case.
