Back in July there were reports of Amber Heard, fresh from her high-profile divorce from Johnny Depp, being seen bopping in and out of hotel rooms at the Delano in Miami with Tesla billionaire Elon Musk. At the time her reps denied that there was anything romantic going on there, but fast-forward eight months, and they're still apparently dating, or hanging out, or whatever.

Page Six has it that Elon brought Amber to a Palo Alto screening of Al Gore's An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power on Tuesday, and it was a private event hosted by Tim Cook, and Michelle Pfeiffer was there too.

According to US Weekly, some anonymous "insider" who's totally not a publicist is now playing this off as a casual, friends-with-benefits type situation. "They continue to see each other and hang out from time to time when they are in the same city. It is nothing new," says the insider/publicist. "He is too busy doing things like building a tunnel under L.A. and sending people into space to seriously pursue anyone."

Heard, 30, seems to have a thing for older men, having married the 53-year-old Depp — and Musk is 45. After claiming that Depp physically abused her, Heard filed for divorce last May. The divorce was settled in August for $7 million, and Heard pledged to donate the entire sum to the ACLU — which as of December she still had not, citing the fact that the divorce wasn't finalized and she still hadn't received the payout. She did, however, donate $350,000 to the ACLU in November.
