A downed eucalyptus tree is blocking all northbound (i.e. Marin-bound) traffic on 19th Avenue/Highway 1 near the MacArthur Tunnel. As CHP sums it up, "Expect delays."

One lane southbound remains open, but all commuters who use this route through Golden Gate Park and the Presidio to get home should consider getting to the Golden Gate Bridge another way today. It's unclear how long this tree clearing is going to take, with the above tweet posted a half hour ago and no cleanup crew in sight.
