All was not fabulous at the 2014 Beyoncé and Jay-Z concert at AT&T Park for at least one fan. TMZ reports that the concertgoer alleges she was run over by an event staffer on a motorized cart while at the stadium, and is suing both the Giants and Live Nation saying they are responsible for her injuries.

It was during a performance from the "On The Run" tour when Sateja Parulekar says a Live Nation employee hit her with his vehicle. Parulekar is suing the San Francisco Giants Enterprises (the group that runs the park) because, according to her, the organization is responsible for park safety even during non-Giants events.

Parulekar alleges that she was seriously injured.

The Weekly helpfully reminds us that Giants Enterprises has been sued before — including a case where a woman said she was attacked backstage by a Boston terrier.

The Giants have yet to comment, and no word on what damages Parulekar seeks.
