Everyone's favorite first basemen Brandon Belt will get a chance to show off his moves at this year's All-Star Game. The Associated Press reports that Belt was selected to play in the July 12 game.

This will be the first time he has played in an All-Star Game.

Belt snagged one of the final two spots open for the game, MLB officials note, "after 72 hours of breathtaking fan balloting and lead changes to decide the last roster spots for the 87th All-Star Game."

Via Twitter, Belt thanks fans for the support.
