Behold the visage of one Charles Frederick Justus, the man suspected of robbing a Bay Area Nordstrom Rack at gunpoint before allegedly fleeing from police with three kids in his car. How far do you think he'll get before someone notices him? (Not too far, I suspect, unless one of the items he allegedly stole was Dermablend!)

According to the Pleasant Hill Police Department, officers were called to the Nordstrom Rack at the Sun Valley Mall at 1:47 Tuesday afternoon, after a man "used a firearm of some kind to rob the store of merchandise."

Nordstrom employees gave a "detailed description" of the robber, the Chron reports, and police were swiftly able to identify the suspect as Justus, a 22-year-old resident of Hayward.

Police spotted Justus' vehicle, a beige-colored 2000 Dodge Durango with a license plate of 4MAT720, in the area and gave chase "in a pursuit with responding Pleasant Hill officers that spanned highways and neighboring cities," NBC Bay Area reports.

Officers made the decision to end the chase when Justus allegedly drove into oncoming traffic, Bay City News reports, with "three children and a woman in [his] vehicle."

Pleasant Hill police describe Justus, who was on parole at the time of the robbery, as weighing 160 and standing 5'10", with red hair and blue eyes. As you can see from his mug shot, he also has tattoos on both cheeks, the letters "NSH" (which the Urban Dictionary defines as shorthand for "nice shit," but surely that can't be what this tattoo means, right?) on his chin, and even more tattoos on his neck.

According to Pleasant Hill police, Justus is considered "armed and dangerous." If you spot him, please call them at 925-288-4630.
