That would be Johnny Fogarty, who wants to promote Butters, whose voice he adopts for the cat's Instagram account, to social media stardom. Their lofty goal is surpassing even Grumpy Cat.

One hiccup along the way: according to Fogarty writing as Butters, "My nuts were making me so crazy that i started ATTACKING and bitting dad as well as anyone that got in my way. Soo now iv got my nuts up for sale to pay for the vet bills..."
