Arguments over the actions of protesters who briefly blocked the Bay Bridge Monday afternoon rage on in the comments to our report. But whether you are for or against civil actions of that nature, you gotta admit — this photo of detained demonstrator Thea Matthews is pretty fucking fabulous.

Former SFist editor Brock Keeling, who suggested we PDJ this photo of his zip-tied friend, points out the "nice pops of color on the lips and ears," terming it "a faaaaaabulous arrest photo." I, myself, am all about the check on that coat combined with the pattern on the cardigan. I am inspired!

Matthews is "wonderful," Keeling says, and clearly knows how to dress for detention. But she wasn't cuffed for long, as according to a tweet from the Ella Baker Center just before midnight Monday, everyone arrested during Monday's demonstration had been released.
