If you are not following actor, wrestler, and international inspiration to millions Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson on Instagram, you are doing yourself a disservice. The Rock posts to his "fav" social media platform frequently, and maintains a hyper-positive, aggressively socially awkward attitude at all times.

This very morning, The Rock posted a photo posing with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. Apparently, the fast friends are both in Japan and on a sushi bro-date. Go ahead and take a second to get control of your jealousy.

In another one of his typically extensive Instagram captions, The Rock explains that while he loves Instagram the best, he's also a fan of Facebook and Facebook Live. Facebook Live was launched on Wednesday and is described by the company as a way, "public figures can share live video from Facebook Mentions, the app that makes it easy for athletes, musicians, politicians and other influencers to talk with their fans and each other."

Translated: It's Periscope on Facebook. The Rock is the new celebrity (gorgeous) face of the new app.

In his Instagram post, The Rock also proudly listed how many millions of fans he has on each platform, and describes his fan response as "dope." The best section of The Rock's run-on caption is, "Mark and I spoke about the importance of continuing to evolve and grow and create even greater ways to connect with my fans worldwide."

When a billionaire and a millionaire get together, what could be more important that discussing ways to grow Instagram followers and Facebook likes? Nothing. There is literally nothing more important. And nothing more dope.

Very cool to partner w/ Facebook to be the first Hollywood actor to launch their new live global streaming feature from the app. Had a lot fun! The response from fans has been dope since streaming from our Florida gym #TheIronParadise and it's embedded in my Facebook page if ya wanna check it out. At 23million+ fans on Instagram (my fav platform) and an additional 50million+ on Facebook, Mark and I spoke about the importance of continuing to evolve and grow and create even greater ways to connect with my fans worldwide - and Facebook Live is one of those powerful ways. I've said it before many times and it's true, connecting with fans will always be the best part of my job. And eating sushi with Zuckerberg in Japan ain't too bad eitherđŸ’ȘđŸŸ. #BreakingNewGround #FacebookLIVE #RockAndZuck #TwinningInJapan
