On April 2nd, a female driver — perhaps one without a license, we now learn — got into a hit-and-hit-and-hit-and-hit-and-run accident near Alamo Square at around 5:40 p.m. A suspect has now been arrested, according to police.

First, the driver struck a parked Mini Cooper with her black Jeep Cherokee in the area of Fell and Scott Streets, then she collided with three cyclists, throwing one of them 20 feet and sending them to the hospital with a fractured pelvis. Somewhere in there she also hit a building. The driver then fled the scene, abandoning the car in South San Francisco where it was later recovered.

During the investigation, the SFPD say that Bianca Lopez, a 25-year-old Fremont resident, was determined to be the suspect responsible, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Lopez surrendered in San Francisco on April 24, 2015 and has been booked at San Francisco County Jail for felony hit and run causing injury, misdemeanor hit and run involving property damage, and for driving without a license. Her bail has been listed at $100,000.
