According to the Richmond SF blog, the flier you see above was posted near 14th and Geary, where the "navy blue cotton shorts" were supposedly lost on March 22.

Sadly, the dollar amount of the "$$Money Prize Guarantee$$" promised for their safe return was not specified, but money's money, right?

I wish I had more to tell you about The Case of the Missing Shorts, but an email sent to the address on the flier this morning has yet to receive a response. So, your guess is as good as mine! You are encouraged, as always, to speculate wildly in the comments.
