When shots were fired at his nightclub performance in San Jose on Sunday, it was possible that Chris Brown would surprise us all by showing some empathy for his fans. After all, he and they could have died.
But more predictably, TMZ reports that Brown has ordered his manager to cancel shows coming up at venues that are "too hood." And, after a performance in San Diego, he sent out the following Instagram video. The caption and sentiment are none-too-delicate.
