The Giants' star outfielder Hunter Pence, who might have been this year's World Series MVP if it weren't for the star turn of pitcher Madison Bumgarner, got national attention back in August after New York Mets fans were trolling him with various signs playing on his own quirky, Seinfeld-inspired humor. There's now a whole Twitter account devoted to such trolling sign slogans.
Today, as the Giants made their victory lap through the city, fans and even the team itself continued the non-sequitor jokes about this amazing, crazy-eyed man. Below, a few of the best from the parade route, partly via SFGate.
