Though it's long been rumored that actor Christian "Good For You" Bale was being eyed to play Steve Jobs in an upcoming bio-pic, industry publication Variety seems so sure that those rumors are fact that they've announced "Christian Bale to Play Steve Jobs in New Movie."

Yes, the ensuing story only says that he's in talks to star in Jobs, that Aaron Sorkin penned, Danny Boyle helmed movie we told you about a couple weeks ago, after Leonardo DiCaprio bowed out of the title role. But apparently "in talks" is enough for Conan O'Brien's camp to present this humorously-intended "sneak preview" of Bale in the upcoming film. Sure, why not.
