KitTea, San Francisco's first cat cafe set to open at 96 Gough Street in Hayes Valley as we previously reported, has revealed a first look at its layout via Facebook.

Created by Shift Design Studio, these four mockups plus a detailed, bird's eye view of the interior shows how the cats' play area and tea house will be separated, per health department requirements. Even though the cat lounge and tea area will have a partition between them, it looks like the felines will be visible to everyone through a wall-mounted cat track. Seating is available on both sides of the cafe.

And perhaps most exciting for the neighborhood, there's a window display built into the space where the cats will hang out for all passing by to see.
