Worried pet owners searching for their furry friends in the wake of Sunday's 6.0 earthquake that shook Napa and the surrounding areas now have another place to look.

Some good citizens started the Missing Pets of Napa Quake Facebook group to help connect people who lost and found pets, as KRON4 reports. The group is working in tandem with the Napa County Animal Shelter, which is also posting missing dogs and cats to its Facebook page.

An adorable black cat named Bwakie, which was reported missing Monday evening, is home safe today thanks to the efforts of the Facebook group, but at least 10 more lost or found pets have been posted in the last 24 hours. People are also posting "missing" flyers found on the street.

Meanwhile, as we reported this morning, the aftershocks continue, so please keep your pets safe and inside.
