Scads of burrito-fusion fans waited in line outside Papalote on Saturday to say that they crammed the Soulrrito down their gullet. The Soulrrito — a whimsical (albeit carb-heavy) concoction of mac & cheese, tri tip beef, collard greens, and yams — was available for one day only. That day was today. And it sold out in several hours 30 minutes.
