Pink Saturday Offender Christopher Porter-Bailey Gets Six Years

The human being convicted in the assault and robbery of a woman on Pink Saturday 2013 was sentenced to six years in the clink on Friday.

After he and his friends had robbed the woman the night prior to the city's LGBT Pride Parade, Christopher Porter-Bailey, 23, kicked the vicim in the head as she lay on the sidewalk near Market and Dolores Streets. Here's the (graphic) video:


"Porter-Bailey was convicted in February of robbery and assault and battery with serious bodily injury," reports SF Examiner. "He faced up to eight years in prison, but over prosecutors' objections, he was sentenced today to six years."
