  • Supe tries to speed up passage of new law requiring landlords who Ellis-evict tenants to make bigger payouts, after hearing that property owners are now rushing to dump residents before legislation kicks in. [SF Chronicle]

  • According to [Michael Petrelis] the San Francisco Host Committee does not appear to be following the laws for SF non-profits that receive more than $250,000 in city funds a year.
