Driver Hits 7-Year-Old Boy In The Tenderloin

At around 7:30 p.m. at Leavenworth and O'Farrell on Wednesday morning, a 7-year-old boy was struck by a car.

"The boy’s injuries are not considered life-threatening," reports SF Appeal/BCN. "The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police."

Yesterday's vehicular accident follows a rash of drivers harming or/and killing San Francisco pedestrians. That same morning, an SUV driver hurling down Van Ness struck and injured a man in his at a crosswalk in front of City Hall. And on Tuesday, a driver killed a male pedestrian and injured three others in the city's Parkside neighborhood.

Shudder.
