It was a scene out of Cops in Vallejo, Calif. Wednesday morning, where a naked female suspect managed to dodge the local SWAT team for four hours after shooting up a mobile home park next to Interstate 80.

The just-out-of-bankruptcy Vallejo Police received reports of a shooting at the Vallejo Mobile Estates around 5:45 a.m. this morning. According to the witness who called it in, a naked woman in her thirties simply walked into the area and started firing off a handgun. The woman apparently had at least one target, however: responding officers checked one of the residences, where they found a man in his forties suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The "completely unclothed" shooter reportedly fled on foot and the SWAT team had to be called in to block off all the exits to the mobile home park. When one resident tried to go to work around 6 a.m. this morning, his car was searched and he was told "a very armed and dangerous" naked woman was still on the loose. The woman was finally busted hours later around 9:40 a.m. when — still naked — she tried to slip out of the park entrance on San Miguel Road.

The homicide was Vallejo's second of the year. The victim and suspect's names have not been released, but the Vallejo Times-Herald's Chris Riley has a look at the scene this morning:
