Tomorrow is opening day for the second location of popular Pac Heights sandwich spot Bun Mee, as Eater tells us. Like the first location, opened in 2011 at 2015 Fillmore Street, the new one at 650 Market Street will feature an array of twists on traditional banh mi sandwiches, like the Sloppy Bun (a Sloppy Joe garnished in a banh mi style), and the Hanoi-style crispy catfish sandwich, as well as more banh mi-like creations, like the grilled five-spice chicken sandwich.

The new downtown spot will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., with bicycle delivery offered for an added fee of $3 to $5.

Also, as of last week, burger joint Super Duper opened their seventh location to date at 98 Mission Street (the former Lightning Foods space near Spear). It's actually the chain's third location in downtown alone, with others at 721 Market Street and at the Metreon at 783 Mission Street, and you can expect the same semi-quick, Shake Shack-inspired service and menu with grilled-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries, and organic milkshakes with Straus family soft-serve.
