Indeed, beer is a living thing. The folks at Sierra Nevada created this time-lapse video showing their Bigfoot Barleywine fermenting over a six-day period. So frothy.
Laughing Squid goes on to describe this batch (batch?) of ale thusly: "Bigfoot Barleywine is a limited edition strong ale (9.6% alcohol by volume) that Sierra Nevada releases each January."
