There's a brand new segment of the Bourdain-narrated PBS series The Mind of a Chef featuring chef April Bloomfield. The series talks with, and follows around chefs, delving into their craft and processes, and the Bloomfield segment was made while she was in the process of opening the new Tosca Café with partner Ken Friedman.
