Early Thursday morning around 2:45 a.m. a man was left in critical condition after being struck near the intersection of Valencia Street and Clinton Park. A second pedestrian was also seriously injured on Tuesday night at Steiner and Oak Streets, just minutes after motorcyclist Billy Beckwith was killed in a collision two blocks away.

In the Oak Street incident, Haighteration reports the victim was struck in the crosswalk after the suspect vehicle ran a red light on Oak Street. The car drove off and the make and model is currently unknown. The victim was a 25-year-old male who was taken to the ICU at San Francisco General Hospital.

In Thursday morning's incident, the victim was struck by a black and blue four-door sedan driving southbound on Valencia. The vehicle continued south after striking the victim, a man in his 20s. SFPD believes the vehicle may have sustained damaged to the front passenger side or may also have a shattered windshield.

On Sunday, another pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run at Seventh and Brannan Streets in SoMa.

Anyone with any information in either incident is encouraged to call SFPD on the anonymous tipline at (415) 575-4444 or via text to 411TIP with "SFPD" in the message.
