Despite saturating Instagram with photos of their proposal, there are still some parts of their elaborate AT&T Park engagement that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West would like to keep private, at least until the E! special comes out, that is. The couple are now suing YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley for filming the event and sharing it through his new social video app Mixbit.

According to the lawsuit, Hurley wasn't actually invited to the event, unlike the gaggle of other techie and society types who shared in Kimye's precious moment. Hurley was allowed to stay for the event after security had him sign a non-disclosure agreement. According to TMZ, the video below that Hurley shot was "exclusive property rights of someone else." In this case, that would be MC Cable Television, part of the E! Network.

If Hurley's Mixbit video doesn't satiate your need to peer into Kim and Kanye's public/personal lives, the very special engagement episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashian-Wests can't be too far off and will probably feature better editing.
