Chef Anthony Yang will make an appearance at Naked Kitchen on Thursday, October 17, for a five-course pop-up dinner featuring a cameo by chef Aaron London (formerly of Ubuntu). Yang also does brunches called Ante Meridian at Dear Mom. And this week's appearance by London will be a rare treat as he's been bartending at Locanda while trying to open his own restaurant. April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman's new version of Tosca Café opened its doors last Thursday. Jay Barmann checked out the new digs and the new menu, which included baby octopus cured in olive oil and gemelli pasta ('cacio e pepe' style with pecorino and black pepper).
