A horrific incident took place near Union Square on Friday night. A man, found unconscious and bleeding from both ears, was discovered on Stockton and Bush, a few blocks from Union Square and near the Tunnel Top.

SF Weekly reports: "According to police, a witness called the cops at about 11:45 p.m. on Friday after seeing three men beating the victim -- and possibly robbing him."

The unidentified victim is around 45-50 years old. He is now at S.F. General being treated for life-threatening injuries. Police have no description of the susepcts.
