A Muni bus at 20th and Mission had a collision with car pulling out of a parking space Tuesday afternoon around 1 p.m. The crash sent three passengers aboard the bus to the hospital with non-serious injuries, and it's unclear what happened to the driver of the car, or if he/she was injured.

The accident happened when the outbound 14-Mission bus tried to pull around a double-parked vehicle, and then the car appeared on the other side of it.

This follows on an incident just a couple weeks ago in which four passengers were injured when a Muni bus stopped short to avoid a car making a U-turn in front of it. And, not to imply that either of these bus drivers were necessarily at fault, but it also follows on a recent report detailing just how broken the Muni driver training program is.
