Brand new PBS food video series Original Fare premieres this week with this awesome video featuring clam digging and campside clam cooking in Bodega Bay. As they put it, "'Foraging' is too delicate a word to describe a morning spent elbow deep in thick mud tugging and pulling clams from deep in the muck," and boy howdy this is a graphic tutorial.
Clam digger Hank Shaw throws around phrases like "That wasn't a great spooge" and "the Ron Jeremy of clams" to discuss what he finds. Watch and learn, kids. [via KQED]
