A 16-year-old baseball fan was assaulted in the stands Wednesday afternoon at AT&T Park. The boy caught a home run ball hit by Boston's Stephen Drew when a man tackled the kid from behind, twisted his arm, and stole the ball.

The suspect was not, as far as we can tell, captured on any available video footage. The alleged suspect has been described as a heavyset man in his 30s wearing a black baseball cap, black t-shirt and black jeans (like some kind of outfield ninja).

The teen was treated at the ballpark for wrist pain, which was undoubtedly as painful as the sting the Giants felt after allowing five runs in the top of the seventh. The suspect — and the ball — had not been found as of Thursday morning.
