Zagat released their 30 Under 30 list today, boasting the top 30 up-and-coming restaurant industry professionals working in the Bay Area dining scene. The list includes chefs, bar managers, pastry chefs, managers, beer masters, owners, and more. This year’s list includes 21 men and 13 women (which isn't nearly enough of the latter, a problem with the overall food scene).

One of these kids might be the next Gary Danko, Sarah Rich, Sandra Lee (you wish), or, hey, even Mama Celeste. Why not? Never before has the service industry been so chic!
