An Amber Alert for a 21-month-old girl, abducted late this morning in East Oakland, has been issued. According to the Chronicle, "The girl, Daphne Viola Webb, was abducted from a car in front of Gazali's Liquor Store at 7838 International Blvd. at 11 a.m., the CHP said."
Daphne Viola Webb, according to the CoCo Times, is described as "black, about two feet tall, weighing 30 pounds, with a medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes, with part of her left ear missing. She was last seen wearing an orange pajama set with pink hearts and pink socks."
According to police, the toddler was taken by an unidentified black female suspect.
