San Francisco Police are currently searching for a group of five men and a woman suspected of a string of assaults and robberies that went down around the area of Market and Castro Street's after last weekend's Pink Saturday events. At least one of the suspects was caught on security camera violently kicking a woman in the face. (Warning: video is pretty graphic)

The filmed assault took place around 1:50 a.m. Sunday morning. The victim was robbed and lying on the ground when one suspect turned around and kicked her hard in the head, knocking her unconscious. (Unfortunately, it appears that none of the bystanders in the video did anything at the time.) The suspects also are believed to be responsible for other robberies and assaults in the neighborhood. SFPD has more:

The suspects were described as a group of approximately 5 black males and an adult black female. The group appeared to have been in their late teens or early twenties.

It is believed the suspects committed multiple robberies and assaults after the Pink Saturday event was over. It is also believed there may be other unreported robberies and assaults that were committed by the same suspects in the area of Market Street between Castro Street and Civic Center on the same date and around the same time.

Some of the suspects are already in police custody, but SFPD have requested assistance in identifying them or connecting them to the other unreported robberies.

Anyone who may have seen anything or been the victim of a similar attack should call SFPD's Mission statement at 415-558-5400. Anonymous tips can be submitted to the tip line at 415-575-4444 via text to TIP411 with SFPD at the beginning of the message.
