This afternoon in the Bayview, two victims — one male, one female — were shot while waiting at a bus stop at the intersection of West Point and Middle Point Roads. The male victim died at San Francisco General, while the woman is being treated for life-threatening injuries.

The shooting occurred around 1 p.m. Monday. As of around 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, police had no suspect information and were still canvassing the area looking for witnesses and evidence. Relatives of the victims told KTVU that two gunmen drove up to the bus stop, got out of the car and shot at the pair before fleeing the scene. The female victim is reportedly 17 years old.

Earlier this month, San Francisco saw it's 16th and 17th homicides of the year, when two men were shot and killed near a school in Visitacion Valley.
