That new bar we talked about a few weeks ago, Virgil's Sea Room (3152 Mission Street), just debuted this week in the former Nap's III space next door to El Rio. The best part about this mellow, LGBT-friendly spot is their cocktail menu and "Local Heroes Wall," with drinks named for the Brown Twins, Warren Hellman, and Frank Chu.
Also honored is the late transgender drag performer Vicky Marlane, of Aunt Charlie's fame, and locally reared soul singer Sugar Pie DeSanto.
