Police found three men shot in the upper torso early Sunday morning. The victims, all in their early 30s, are expected to survive as none of their wounds were considered life threatening.

The shooting followed "a verbal argument with a Hispanic man in his 20s," according to reports, at Second and Howard.

"A preliminary investigation revealed the victims had been involved in a verbal argument with a Hispanic man in his 20s prior to the shooting," reports NBC Bay Area. "The suspected shooter was described as standing around 6 feet tall and weighing between 150 and 175 pounds."
