Eat Here Tonight: Lamb Barbacoa At Copita

Eat Here Tonight: Lamb Barbacoa At Copita

Hey, Sausalito ferry travelers, save that bag of Cool Ranch Doritos and bottle of Corona for another day. For tonight you shall dine like royalty. Joanne Weir's Copita has a new dish created by new executive chef, Gonzalo Rivera. It's a Lamb Barbacoa. Which is a slow-cooked Colorado lamb, boasting chile de arbol, cilantro, brown rice and corn tortillas.

Also, while you're are Copita, you might as well check out their vast array of tequila. Weir started the acclaimed Sausalito restaurant in honor of the much-loved potion. Just be sure to call a cab home or have someone pick you up. Enjoy.
