Surviving San Francisco twin Marian Brown celebrated her 86th birthday at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel on Friday night. Although her twin sister and lifetime companion Vivian sadly passed away earlier this month, Marian was in high spirits as the city came out to celebrate and sing a massive chorus of Happy Birthdays.
