Eat Here Tonight: Beef Short Rib Stracotto At Perbacco

Why at Perbacco. the noted joint on California, helmed by Executive Chef Staffan Terje, offers a smaller place next door (aptly christened Barbacco), but tonight at the more upscale Perbacco, they are serving herb-crusted beef short rib stracotto with salt roasted celery root and black truffle salad.

And hey, Perbacco is known as one of the city's experts when to comes to using truffles.The joint might make a great addition to your dining list. (Truffle season will end shortly!)
