Responding to shots fired in the 1100 block of Naples Street at about 12:05 a.m. on Monday, police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim, 43, died; the other victim, 34, was transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for wounds.
No arrests have been made. This brings San Francisco's 2013 homicide count to 3.
