A 49ers fan got in a scuffle with a Falcons fan outside the Georgia Dome after the NFC Championship game yesterday, resulting in the 49ers fan getting cut with his own knife. Way to keep it classy, football fans.

As CBS Sports reports, the altercation happened when a happy Niners fan, exiting the stadium, walked past an angry Falcons fan and exchanged a couple words. The Falcons fan allegedly said, "You ain't going to come here and win and nothing," and things escalated quickly.

The Falcons fan punched the 35-year-old victim, who then went into his pocket for a knife. (Knife crime is, as we've noted, an S.F. specialty.) The attacker then managed to get control of the knife, stabbing the victim in the throat area.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in stable condition. The attacker remains at large.
