Why not? The Fonz (AKA Henry Winkler) and former GOP presidential candidate John McCain were spotted at the Slanted Door on Saturday. The two were sitting across from one another at the noted Vietnamese restaurant. They even discussed "the cliff" however briefly.

Politics aside, the color of Arthur Fonzarelli's sweater wants to come out. It's saying to us, "I just came from a fabulous cabaret revue at the Rrazz Room and am heading to Twin Peaks for a nightcap." While John McCain's outfit says "Hi, I'm John McCain."
Winkler, it seems, is in town for a bit of a holiday, and even visited the Lower Haight.
