A deplorable dog-hating mugger is still on the loose after he robbed a woman in her car on Leavenworth Street last Friday evening. According to Bay City News, the victim had done the smart thing and pulled over to use her cellphone when the suspect — described only as a black male in his 30s — approached her car and demanded money.
While the victim was forking over her cash, her dog started barking and the suspect grabbed both the dog and the wallet from the vehicle. The wallet he kept, but the dog he reportedly threw into the street. The woman took the poor animal to the vet, where it later died from complication related to being lobbed into Leavenworth Street.
