Ah yes, this is precisely what we want to see and eat, folks. Food—good food—rendered orange and black in honor of the San Francisco Giants. And what better way to dine (before you fill up on beer and nachos during the game) than on the acclaimed food at Prospect in SoMa—specifically, on Chef Pam Mazzola's Giants-inspired uni and black risotto. Gorgeous.
We should point out, however, that this dish won't be available today since Prospect's seafood procurer couldn't get any uni. But! The $16 should be available tomorrow and for the rest of the series. Also, be sure to ask for it since it's technically a "secret" dish.
