This afternoon, your San Francisco Giants beat the Cincinnati Reds six runs to four to take game five and win their National League Division series. Matt Cain picks up the win after throwing for five and two-thirds innings, and Buster Posey picked up Mat Latos' smug face off the ground after knocking a grand slam to the cheap seats at Great American Ball Park in the fifth.

The Giants will go on to play the winner of the division series between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Washington Nationals in the NLCS. The Cardinals currently lead the series 2-1 and game four is tied up 1-1 in the top of the fourth. [Update: The Nationals won 2-1, so they'll be going to game five in DC.]

Also, this makes the Giants the first National League team to come back from 0-2 in the NLDS. Amazing.
